This one is a home run with the fam! Who knew eating something that tastes like brownie batter with cherries could be so low in calories and so high in nutrition and super filling?!! Nom! You won't regret making this one!
Ingredients:
2-3 ripe bananas
1.5 cups oats
1 cup frozen dark cherries
2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
2 tbsp peanut butter powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of plant milk (almond, oat, coconut, or soy)
2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (We like the Enjoy Life brand)
Directions:
Mash the bananas in your baking dish with a fork
Pour in the remaining ingredients
Give it all a good mix
Sprinkle with vegan chocolate chips
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Enjoy!
