I said clean, not low-calorie! These get made in our house every.single.weekend and at least once during the week! Nom! My hubs asked for these almost on the daily. 🤪 This is a tried-and-true staple recipe in our home! I have tried a lot of different vegan cookie recipes (like a lot, a lot!) - this one is by far the best.
As always let me know if you make these cookies this weekend!
Have the happiest, fall weekend!
Ingredients:
1 cup organic flour
1/4 cup organic can sugar
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp oil (I use grapeseed oil)
4 tbsp plant milk (I use organic soy)
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is really good!)
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add in the oil and plant milk
Mix well (I use my hands)
Stir in chocolate chips
Put the bowl in the freezer for 30-60 minutes (don't skip this step!)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Preheat oven to 350 F
After at least 30 minutes pull out the cookie dough from the freezer
Use your hands to roll the dough into balls
Bake for 12-15 minutes
Cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before eating
*Makes about a dozen cookies, depending on the size you make them
