Cx3: Chickpea Curried Croutons!!

These sassy, little numbers add a delicious protein punch to any soup or salad you are having! I add them to our Caesar salads often! It's one of my and my hubby's favorites :)



These "croutons" are next-level tasty and crunchy!


Ingredients:


1 can Garbanzo beans

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp sea salt



Directions:


~Drain and rinse your chickpeas. Pat them dry with a paper towel

~Place chickpeas in a shallow, baking dish

~Mix the spices and pour over chickpeas, along with olive oil and soy sauce

~Give it a good stir

~Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes, stirring a couple of times throughout


I love these croutons with Caesar salad, either in a salad or in a wrap! Nom Nom!!!
