Oatmeal Pancakes!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups organic, dry oats

  • 2 cups plant milk (I prefer oat milk because it is thicker than several other plant milks)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp baking soda (for fluffiness)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)


Directions:


Pour all ingredients in the blender.

Blend well. Pour batter onto a lightly-oiled griddle over medium heat.

Flip pancakes once when you see bubbles in the batter.


We enjoy these topped with vegan butter, maple syrup, and a mix of fresh berries! The fam will gobble these up in about 3 minutes!


So delish, so filling, and so healthy!


*If you need a good blender recommendation I am a HUGE fan of Vitamix blenders (link below to their website)! They are pricey but so worth it if you can make it work with your budget! Also, they sometimes have refurbished, used ones you can snag at a discount! ;)
