When you need a dose of nourishment but want ice cream ;) This is why we eat these at least once a week in the winter and almost daily in the summertime! This is a family pleaser, especially with the kids! And they are LOADED with tons of micronutrients, phytochemicals, vitamins/minerals, and antioxidants!
Ingredients: Makes 3 servings
6 Frozen Bananas
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp Nut Butter of your choice
1 Tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
1/2 cup plant milk of your choice (I like oat because it's creamy)
Blend in high powered blender
*You may have to pause blender to smash contents down and around several times. I have a Vitamix blender which is awesome and super high-powered. They are pricey but worth it! We use it daily!
Toppings: Choose your faves!
sliced banana, fresh berries, sliced kiwi, a dollop of peanut butter, shredded coconut (unsweetened), pumpkin/chia/hemp seeds, goji berries, vegan chocolate chips, granola, a drizzle of maple syrup

You'll need a BIG bowl for this! We use our coconut bowls that have a happy little rainbow and heart carved on the front! Whenever I eat a smoothie bowl outta one of these bowls it just makes me feel bright and happy! Ill include the link below if you wanna check them out! We love ours! Just make sure you don't put them in the dishwasher! I lost one that way.
